The Cooper S grade sits in the middle of the Mini Hatch (three-door) and Convertible ranges. Prices start at $39,900 for the three-door Hatch Cooper S, step up to $41,150 for the five-door Hatch and and top out at $47,900 for the Convertible.
The three- and five-door Hatch and Convertible in the Cooper S grade come standard with cloth/leather seats, dual-zone climate control, JCW steering wheel with red stitching, LED headlights and Union Jack pattern tail lights, 17-inch alloys, a new 6.5-inch touch screen and updated media system with 4G connectivity, sat nav, reversing camera and rear parking sensors, wireless Apple CarPlay, and digital radio.
The Cooper S grade comes with a 2.0-litre 141kW/280Nm four-cylinder which according to Mini should use 5.5L/100km in the three-door Hatch, 5.6L/100km in the five-door and 5.7L/100km in the Convertible with the auto transmission.
